Black men united in front of the Capitol

SURVIVING ISN'T ENOUGHNOW WE’RE MOVING IN FORMATION.

For too long, survival got mistaken for strategy. Stay quiet. Stay divided. Stay tired. Carry everything. Ask for nothing.

That era is over. So now we organize.

THIS ISN'T A PROTEST. THIS IS A POWER MOVE.

Black men walking in formation

Alone you're noise. Together you're leverage.

PHIERS is not a slogan or another room full of frustration. It's structure. A way for Black men to stop moving like isolated individuals and start moving together with purpose.

Why the Old Model Fails

The systems promised protection they no longer provide. Schools. Jobs. Justice. Voting. Safety.

When they fail, Black men feel it first. Waiting hasn't protected us. Structure will.

WHY STRUCTURE MATTERS

Disconnected men drift. Talented men without coordination get exhausted. Angry men without direction get used. Wounded men without healing get manipulated.

Structure is what turns seriousness into force. That is what PHIERS is trying to build.

What men actually do here:

• They check on each other.
• They share information.
• They stay reachable.
• They learn districts.
• They build trust slowly enough to survive pressure.

That's the difference.

Clasped hands

THE PHIERS CODE

  • We do not drift.
  • We do not build on fantasy.
  • We do not confuse outrage with strategy.
  • We do not mistake noise for power.
  • We do not abandon each other under pressure.
  • We tell the truth plainly.
  • We move with discipline when the path is clear.
  • We build what can outlast us.

This is our bond. This is our standard.

THE FIFTEEN HUNDRED

Group of men at sunrise

Fifteen Hundred is not just a number. It's a standard. It means Black men are no longer carrying pressure alone and in silence.

  • discipline
  • structure
  • coordination
  • visible presence
  • accountability

When fifteen hundred disciplined men move together in a district, the political equation changes.

A signal, not the solution.

Ralph Nader – Unstoppable Change

Ralph Nader documented this from decades inside Congress:500 constituents compels a Representative to attend a town hall.
1,000 compels a Senator.
1,500 is where the signal becomes undeniable.

If fifteen hundred disciplined men in a district go on record, they almost certainly speak for the majority of active voters. The representative knows there are far more where they came from — more who will show up to vote, back a primary, or demand answers.

Fifteen hundred gets us to the table. What we bring to that table is the real work.

Fifteen Hundred

A real conversation about power, accountability, and what people are feeling right now.

Big C brings together respected voices — Ralph Nader, Trevor Noah, and Karen Hunter — to talk about the exact leverage PHIERS operationalizes. It's funny at moments, but the content is serious. It's the conversation millions of people have been waiting for: why everything feels broken, and what ordinary people can actually do about it.

The conversation that connects the mechanism to real life.

Trusted voices. Real frustration. Real solutions. This is what leverage sounds like when people finally talk honestly.

Why They Asked Me

Will Price with the family of Tuskegee Airman George 'Spanky' RobertsWill and Dad at the church Dad built

The families of the men of the 761st and the Tuskegee Airmen asked me to speak for them.

I have pictures of us together. Real photos. Real people. Real trust.

They didn't ask a university. They didn't ask a museum. They didn't ask a politician.

They asked me — Will Price, founder of PHIERS.

Because they know their fathers and grandfathers — the men of the 761st, the Tuskegee Airmen, the forgotten battalions — never got their full story told. The government erased it. The textbooks left it out.

But the families remember. And they chose PHIERS to carry the record.

That is not leverage we manufactured. That is leverage we were given.

And we will use it to build a future those men would be proud of — not just for Black men, but for all of humanity.

Freedom on Paper

Slavery ended on paper in 1865. The labor never stopped.

In most Southern states, Black men were immediately re-arrested after emancipation — on charges like vagrancy, "idleness," or looking at someone wrong — and leased back to plantations and mines as convict labor.

The 13th Amendment allowed it. It ran until 1941 in some states. Nearly 80 years after freedom was declared.

The men who lived through this were not criminals. They were a workforce — re-enslaved by another name, documented and legal.

What PHIERS Builds

We are building disciplined local brotherhood. Not endless talk. Not online outrage. Real structure that helps men:

  • disciplined local brotherhood that can coordinate services, infrastructure, and mutual aid
  • a moral economy rooted in shared usefulness, not charity or dependency
  • a structure that makes organized people harder to ignore and harder to divide
  • men who grow stronger, think clearer, and build trust locally

We already know how to survive pressure. Now we organize what that pressure built in us.

THE MOMENT THE WORLD SEES WHAT WE BUILT

Recognition isn’t requested. It’s earned through structure, discipline, and visible contribution.

The world turning

THE MANHATTAN PROJECT

An announcement, years in the making: a coordinated effort to restore and redeem the image of Black men on a global stage — not through grievance, but through real solutions and a real record.

In this video, Jesse — Al "Dad" Wilson's longtime handyman of decades — introduces the man behind it: over 30 years of military service, and a life that's changed people around the world.

This isn't a slogan. It's the start of a project built the way everything else here is built — person by person, relationship by relationship, proof by proof.

HOW THE FIX WORKS

PHIERS is built around a simple idea: when disciplined people are organized around shared material interests, they become harder to ignore, harder to divide, and harder to manage through distraction.

The point is not endless complaint. The point is to turn clarity into alignment, alignment into structure, and structure into leverage. That is how pressure becomes response — and how organized men change outcomes.

RECONSTRUCTION AGAIN

Reconstruction

Then. Now. Same fight. Same brilliance. Same build.
This time, we finish the job.

WHY THIS IS NOT A SINGLE-ISSUE PLAN

Most people are taught to think in fragments. One issue here. Another issue there. One audience over here. Another audience over there.

But real pressure does not arrive in fragments. It stacks. PHIERS is built around the belief that one serious structure can answer multiple unmet needs at once when those needs share the same underlying failures of power, coordination, and accountability. That is part of what makes this worth building.

THE PRESSURES WE FACE

ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE BOND

We expect accountability from leadership. But we practice it with each other first. Without accountability, pain turns into drift. With accountability, pain turns into structure.

Brotherhood

What We Expect

Discipline. Purpose. Brotherhood. Accountability.

We do not need everybody. We need men ready to:

  • build
  • lead
  • protect each other
  • move with intention
  • hold the line

The future belongs to organized men.

Our Timeline, Not Theirs

Everyone else is focused on the midterms. That means they're playing on their timeline.

We're playing on ours.

PHIERS works between elections. It works in every district. A member of Congress doesn't need a clean election to feel pressure.

This is how we move now. This is how we protect ourselves. This is how we protect everybody else.

Once you see the structure, something shifts.
You stop blaming yourself.
You stop shrinking.
You stop carrying weight that was never yours.
