Purpose

For Us. By Us. For the Benefit of All.

We start here because our families and communities need us.

This begins with Black men because restoration must begin somewhere. What stronger, healed, organized Black men build does not stop with us.

Black families and community members rebuilding a shared community space together

We Were Not Made To Be Enemies

Foundational Black American men and women share a people, a history, wounds, achievements, and possibilities. What happened to Black men was not separate from what happened to Black women or Black families.

Truth is not a limited resource. There is room for both.

What we build now can honor both.

Healing Expressed As Behavior

We can listen without disappearing.
Reject disrespect without becoming disrespectful.
We disagree and still call each other family when the conversation ends.
Lead without dominating.
Protect without controlling.
Build without erasing what Black women have already built.

We do not have to become what hurt us in order to become powerful.

Children see healing in how we treat one another.

What Stronger Black Men Make Possible

Children grow up watching Black men build something real. Families gain more men prepared to lead without domination, protect without controlling, and work with others around shared purpose.

We can be strong without controlling others.

What Stronger Black Women Make Possible

Children grow up watching Black women lead with strength that builds instead of breaks. Families gain more women prepared to partner without carrying every burden alone, and communities gain leaders who build power without standing alone to hold it.

Black women should not have to carry every burden alone.

Community organizations gain partners who can back community priorities with documented participation and accountability. The survey and petition become the first act: direction and organized strength.

What PHIERS can deliver at scale becomes possible as participation, partnerships, resources, and public mandate grow.

Three Missions. One Movement.

Mission One

Make Congress Answer.

Organized constituents put priorities on the record, build documented support, require public answers, and hold officeholders accountable for results.

Mission Two

Take Care of Our Own.

PHIERS connects accountability to capacity: workforce, mentors, tutors, counselors, school nurses, resource navigation, community services, and other solutions communities identify.

Mission Three

Make Better Choices. Build Better Outcomes.

The systems families depend on for food, health, education, employment, and public support have become less reliable. When systems weaken, people carrying their consequences alone pay the highest price.

PHIERS gives communities another option.

Share information. Identify priorities. Coordinate existing resources. Measure what works. Make better decisions together - for the benefit of everyone those decisions reach.

Better information. Better coordination. Better decisions. Better outcomes - for all.

Each mission strengthens the next. Accountability requires power to answer. Capacity gives organized communities the people and infrastructure to act. Coordination helps communities use existing resources more intelligently, identify what is missing, and produce better outcomes.

This is how communities become impossible to ignore.

What We Prove May Help Others Too

A method developed through Black men's experience of being unheard can become a method that helps anybody be heard.

Prophecy begins with Black men. What we build is intended to reach much further.

We intend to change how the world sees our people by demonstrating what we can organize, build, protect, and deliver.
